Location and staff etc were GREAT. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.

Will certainly stay here again and strongly recommend it. Hotel was very clean and staff was polite! Marsala district is worth looking into.

For dinner we chose Oasies Bar, that was 300 metres from the hotel. We stayed adjacent to Vatican Necropolis and could visit stazione termini. 15 minutes walk from the train station...
